(who is on the team?)
Mallory is a practicing urban designer and civic specialist certified by the AICP, LEED, and CNU. She collects favorite towns and neighborhoods the way most people collect rare coins or baseball cards, and she believes that everyday citizens can inspire great community change.
Mallory previously practiced urban design with Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company and co-founded their first affiliate office, DPZpacific LLC. Mallory holds a B-Arch professional degree from the University of Notre Dame School of Architecture and is currently pursuing an MSc in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Oxford. She was named a member of the 2013 Next Urban Vanguard class by Next City, is a board member of the Association for Community Design and the Atlas Collaborative Foundation, is a member of the Placemaking Leadership Council of the Project for Public Spaces, and is an active member of the Carolinas Chapter of the CNU.
